Grana Padano is a hard cheese that is made from partially skimmed cow's milk. It is produced similarly to Parmigiano Reggiano but has slightly different flavor and texture characteristics. Grana is produced in provinces within the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Piedmont, Trentino, and Veneto. Grana Padano is aged for a minimum of 9 months.
